  Processing Questions :

Are all of your covers in Stock?

A.  Generally speaking, All of our tire covers are made to order. Processing is usually 3-4 days.

Custom  Ordered covers could take several weeks

Can I change my order after my credit card is charged?

A. Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modifications and cancellations. If you wish to change your order, please click the button contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. But once your order has been shipped, the order can not be changed or canceled.

How are orders shipped or tracked?

A. Orders are shipped by UPS and USPS Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon shipping.

What should I do if my order never arrived?

A. If your order displays on the shippers’ website, it has been shipped, and if you don’t receive it in two weeks;

please contact customer service for assistance.

How do I return a product?

This site reserves the right to make adjustments to the Return and exchange policy.

 How long will it take to process the exchange or refund?

Total time is in two parts. The first part is the processing time.  This is the time from when your request for exchange

or refund, plus the processing procedure. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes

for the package to be exchanged and redelivered to you.
