Custom Grafix Limited Warranty
Custom Grafix warranty obligations for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:
Custom Grafix Industries Inc. warrants this Custom Grafix – branded product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 Years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
If a sewing or printing defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Custom Grafix will either:
- (1) repair the defect at no charge,
- (2) exchange the product with a product of equal value, or
- (3) refund a partial purchase price of the product.
The limited warranty does not cover problems arising from vandalism, theft, print abrasion from impact, imprint staining from improper installation, car wash abuse, and use of any oil-based cleaners or polishes.
Customers must pay for all shipping.
One Year Extended Warranty is a one-year extension of the above warranty. Once purchased you will receive a copy of the warranty with your Order Number and purchase date.
